I still easily recall the scent of a leather case hiding a tiny, metal device of a very intriguing shape. Dad let me play with it quite frequently, advising, however, to treat it gently and with special care. Soviet-made Zorki S (35mm), for that was the name of the little beauty, whipped up my imagination and curiosity from an early age.
When I grew up a bit, I realized this device is capable of capturing the beauty surrounding us. Capable of freezing time, in a sense. All that remained for me was to learn how to master it. And that's how it started...
